Annealed (O temper) properties include tensile strength 75-105 MPa, yield strength ≥25 MPa, elongation 30-40%, density 2.71 g/cm³, thermal conductivity 222 W/m·K, electrical conductivity 59% IACS, and melting point 643°C. H14/H24 tempers boost strength to 110-145 MPa tensile while retaining ductility for cold working.
