Alloy C263 foil is a precipitation-resistant nickel-based superalloy known for its high strength at high temperatures and resistance to oxidation. It includes nickel (balance), cobalt (20%), chromium (20%), molybdenum (6%), aluminum (0.6%), and titanium (2%), with minor amounts of manganese, silicon, and boron – The light-assembly alloy exhibits impressive mechanical properties, with about 790 MPa tensile strength, 485 MPa including yield strength f, with a melting range of 1354°C to 1404°C Widely used in aerospace and industrial applications due to its durability under extreme conditions.
